Statement
From my projects over the past two years, I have had a keen interest in illustration; initially relying on analogue drawings (through Indian ink, oil pastels, marker etc.) and bringing them into digital to finalise the outcome (on Procreate). While I have always been drawn to painting, in particular painting animals.

The Heirloom
This is a book I made about two cats; a cat parent and cat child who are trying to protect a ball of wool from 'the vultures'. The ball of wool is passed down from generation to generation, and it is gifted to the cat child. Trouble ensues.
